Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within the Compute Infrastructure team to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of foundational compute platforms and services. You will be the voice of the customer, driving value, reliability, and performance across engineering, security, and application teams.

You will own the delivery backlog, guide launches, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize delivery metrics and ensure exceptional client experiences for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product delivery concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product delivery, product management, or program management with exposure to compute infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery activities from discovery to value management for infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product delivery strategy leveraging virtualization, cloud, containers, and bare metal.
• Collaborate across infrastructure and application teams to set direction and priorities.
• Manage requests, review priorities, and communicate updates to keep delivery on track.
• Build awareness of dependencies to enable informed decision-making across teams.
• Lead discovery to identify customer needs and integrate compute capabilities into the roadmap.
• Own and evolve a delivery backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Build and track delivery metrics including cost, capacity, utilization and risk.
• Guide successful product launches and ensure top-tier client experiences for infrastructure services.
• Coordinate quarterly planning with stakeholders across product and technology.
• Monitor delivery progress and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.
