J.P. Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the engineering customer and shaping a scalable infrastructure product that delivers value across engineering teams.

You will drive launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability within a collaborative, fintech-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area within financial services or technology.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure – AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and articulates a clear product strategy for the Cloud Infrastructure area that delivers meaningful value and aligns with the firm's objectives.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions for engineers and integrates them into the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, feature, performance, risk, and reliability.
• Builds strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
• Defines and manages a highly organized roadmap and backlog to ensure delivery of impactful products.
• Be passionate about the Product Development process and improve how products are built for maximum effectiveness.
• Balances business and technical objectives and translates them into clear priorities for Engineering.
• Oversees product development, testing, and release management with high standards of quality.
• Participates in agile ceremonies to drive transparency, accountability and continuous learning.
