Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of foundational compute platforms within the Compute Infrastructure team in the UK. Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product delivery concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product delivery, product management, or program management with exposure to compute infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience managing operational effectiveness and portfolio management for large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient compute infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product delivery strategy leveraging virtualization, cloud, containers, and bare metal to maximize value.
• Collaborate across infrastructure and application teams to define direction, priorities, and initiatives.
• Manage requests, inform priorities, make decisions, communicate updates, and escalate issues to keep delivery on track.
• Build awareness of dependencies and cross-functional impacts to enable informed decisions.
• Lead discovery to identify needs and integrate hybrid cloud, edge computing, and hardware acceleration into the roadmap.
• Own and evolve a delivery backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and infrastructure features.
• Build frameworks and track metrics such as cost, capacity, utilization, risk, reliability, and performance.
• Guide successful launches and gather feedback to ensure top-tier client experiences for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate quarterly planning with stakeholders across product and technology.
• Monitor progress and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and impact.
