JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within the Compute Infrastructure team to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of foundational compute platforms and services. Qualifikationen

• Formal training or certification on product delivery concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product delivery, product management, or program management with exposure to compute infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery activities from discovery to value management for infrastructure products.

As a Product Delivery Manager at JPMorganChase within the Compute Infrastructure team, you will serve as a key leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end delivery of foundational compute platforms and services. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring infrastructure solutions deliver real value, reliability, and performance. Drawing on your deep understanding of infrastructure product delivery, you will guide successful launches, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement — collaborating closely with infrastructure engineers, architects, security, and application teams to deliver high-quality compute solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product delivery strategy that leverages modern compute technologies — including virtualization, cloud, containers, and bare metal — to maximize customer value and operational efficiency
• Collaborate across the infrastructure and application ecosystem to define direction, set priorities, and execute initiatives aligned with business goals and technology advancements
• Manage requests, inform and review priorities, make critical decisions, communicate updates, and escape issues as needed to keep delivery on track
• Build awareness of dependencies and cross-functional impacts to enable efficient, informed decision-making across teams
• Lead discovery efforts and research to identify customer needs and integrate emerging compute capabilities — such as hybrid cloud, edge computing, and hardware acceleration — into the delivery roadmap
• Own, maintain, and evolve a delivery backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on infrastructure features and enhancements
• Build frameworks and track key delivery metrics including cost, capacity, utilization, risk posture, reliability, and performance indicators
• Guide successful product launches, gather critical feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, particularly for mission-critical infrastructure services
• Coordinate preparation, logistics, and material development for quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders across the product and technology ecosystem
• Monitor delivery progress, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reliability, and overall impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on product delivery concepts and advanced applied experience
• Demonstrated experience in product delivery, product management, or program management, with exposure to compute infrastructure such as data center operations, cloud platforms, virtualization, or container orchestration
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, as well as infrastructure concepts such as compute resource management, virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization
• Proven ability to lead product delivery activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management with a focus on infrastructure products and services
• Demonstrated success managing and implementing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives for large-scale infrastructure environments
• Proven ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient, and stable compute infrastructure solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure engineering, cloud, security, and application teams
• Familiarity with infrastructure metrics such as uptime, latency, capacity, and utilization, along with best practices for operational excellence
• Knowledge of emerging infrastructure technologies and trends including hybrid/multi-cloud, edge computing, and infrastructure as code
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security requirements in enterprise infrastructure environments
