East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer for the Estates and Facilities team. The role focuses on assuring the quality and performance of a large Facilities Management contract across Cleaning, Catering, Logistics, Portering and related services, with site-based travel across multiple locations.

You will work closely with clinical teams, managers and the contracted provider to ensure services are safe, compliant and delivered to high standards for

Qualifications

• Experience in audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
• Ability to analyse performance data and produce management reports.
• Experience monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Lead monitoring, audit and inspection programmes across Facilities Management services.
• Review contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and contracts.
• Undertake environmental cleanliness audits and assurance activities.
• Investigate service failures and non-compliance with corrective actions.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
• Support external inspections and regulatory reviews.
• Build relationships with providers, clinical teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to monitoring officers and assurance staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and value for money.
