Job summary

Boost inc is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance & Quality Engineer to lead regulatory and quality initiatives for its unattended retail products. Based in our London hub, you will own the roadmap for UK, EU, and North America compliance, spanning design through launch, ensuring UKCA, CE, UL, and FCC readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in product compliance or quality engineering, with a senior/lead track record.
• Expert knowledge of international certification standards (UK, EU, US).
• Experience managing Technical Files, Declarations of Conformity, and labeling for global markets.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory text into engineering requirements for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations (WEEE, Packaging Waste) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the regulatory roadmap for all product lines across UK/EU/NA.
• Lead certification lifecycle for UKCA, CE, UL and FCC markings.
• Coordinate testing with external labs, notified bodies, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage and refine Technical Construction Files and Declarations of Conformity.
• Promote Compliance by Design by integrating requirements early in development.
• Monitor quality metrics and support RCA to prevent recurrence.
