Boost inc is seeking a Senior Compliance & Quality Engineer to lead our regulatory, certification, and quality initiatives for unattended retail products across the UK, Europe, and the USA. Based in London, you will drive the QMS and oversee UKCA, CE, UL, and FCC submissions from design through to product launch.

You will partner with engineering teams to embed Compliance by Design, manage Technical Construction Files, and monitor quality metrics to prevent non-conformances while maintaining

Formación

• 8–10+ years in product compliance or quality engineering, in a senior/lead role.
• Expert knowledge of international certification standards (CE, UKCA, UL, FCC).
• Experience coordinating with labs, notified bodies, and regulatory agencies.
• Experience maintaining a QMS compliant with ISO 9001 or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern regulatory roadmap for UK, EU, and North America.
• Lead certification lifecycle for UKCA, CE, UL, and FCC marks.
• Coordinate testing with external labs and ensure audit-ready Declarations of Conformity and TCF.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and drive Compliance by Design with engineering teams.
