Boostbar, Inc. in London is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance & Quality Engineer to lead regulatory programs for hardware products across the UK, EU, and North America.

You will own the certification lifecycle from design through launch and ensure a robust QMS, integrating compliance into product requirements. You will coordinate with labs and regulators, manage technical files and conformity declarations, and drive ISO 9001 aligned improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in product compliance or quality engineering.
• Senior or Lead role experience expected.
• Expert knowledge of international certification standards (CE, UKCA, UL, FCC).
• Proven ability to manage Technical Files, User Manuals, and compliance labels for global markets.
• Strong analytical skills translating regulatory text into engineering requirements for stakeholders.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations (WEEE, Packaging Waste) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define regulatory roadmap for all product lines across UK, EU, and North America.
• Lead certification lifecycle and submissions for UKCA, CE, UL, and FCC.
• Coordinate with external test labs, notified bodies, and regulatory agencies to resolve gaps.
• Manage and refine the Technical Construction Files (TCF) and ensure audit-ready Declarations of Conformity.
