Join the Close Brothers Compliance Team, where you will support the Compliance Manager in managing operational matters, undertaking regulatory tasks related to governance, reporting, and compliance processes. You will oversee tasks performed by the Compliance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and collaboratively, supervising junior team members, designing methodologies and controls to ensure quality, efficiency, and accuracy, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, including liaising with senior management.
As a line manager, you will inspire and motivate your team, foster performance through coaching, and support their personal development with regular feedback.
