Job summary

Global Vehicle Group is seeking a Compliance Manager based in Bristol with travel across our UK brands. The role provides independent oversight, challenge and risk-based assurance to Global Vans, XLCR and LCV while remaining outside first-line operations.

The successful candidate will lead second-line activities, interpret regulatory developments and support policy deployment across the group. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering second-line oversight, assurance or monitoring activity.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance within financial services or a regulated environment.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and provide effective challenge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk-based second-line oversight across GV, XLCR and LCV, including regulatory and conduct risk areas; provide independent challenge and remediation recommendations.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior management on regulatory compliance and conduct matters; provide practical guidance on regulatory expectations.
• Support the implementation and adherence to Group compliance policies and regulatory change across multiple business areas/sites.
