Contract: 3-6 months (Part-Time, 2-3 days per week)

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant to join a Lloyd's of London insurer to support its compliance function on a part-time contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with deep expertise in the Lloyd's and London Market to provide strategic guidance and regulatory support to a highly respected insurer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert compliance advisory services in line with Lloyd's and FCA regulatory requirements.
  2. Support the compliance team with regulatory reporting, governance frameworks, and policy implementation.
  3. Conduct compliance risk assessments and advise on best practices.
  4. Assist with regulatory changes and ensure the company maintains adherence to industry regulations.
  5. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.
  6. Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders where necessary.
Requirements
  1. Extensive compliance experience within Lloyd's of London or the wider London insurance market.
  2. Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA, and Lloyd's regulatory frameworks.
  3. Ability to provide strategic compliance advice at a senior level.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Proven ability to work independently and provide pragmatic solutions.
