About the Role

Our client is a leading Compliance consultancy offering an array of regulatory solutions to a wide and discerning client base. They are looking for an experienced generalist to provide regulatory advice, manage projects, and deliver training. The client offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Providing regulatory advice and guidance on capital markets issues
• Conducting and leading regulatory reviews
• Preparing and delivering regulatory training
• Drafting policies and procedures
• Managing regulatory projects within set time-frames
• Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and assessing any relevant commercial impact

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years' experience, ideally with strong capital markets knowledge. Proficiency with the FCA Handbook including EMIR, MAR, CASS, and MiFID II is required. Experience with transaction reporting is advantageous.
