Job summary

MoneyPlus is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Advisory & Governance team, providing practical regulatory guidance and coordinating governance, policy and regulatory-change activity.

The role is hands-on with one direct report, focused on advisory support, governance enablement and embedding compliant practices across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate FCA requirements into clear actions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an FCA-regulated financial-services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, proportionate regulatory advice to operational and support functions.
• Coordinate governance frameworks, committee activity, papers, actions and MI.
• Lead policy governance, including standards, ownership, review cycles and documentation.
• Support SM&CR governance, including Conduct Rules, Fit & Proper coordination and regulatory training.
• Coordinate horizon scanning, regulatory impact assessments and implementation of change.
• Support governance for financial promotions, customer communications and digital journeys.
• Advise on customer understanding, communication clarity and vulnerable-customer considerations.
• Set priorities for and develop a Compliance Analyst.
