Job summary

B3 Living Limited is seeking a Complex Works Manager to lead our complex works service in Hertfordshire. You will oversee voids, damp and mould, disrepair and environmental protection works, ensuring delivery to high standards while managing contractors and a dedicated team.

The role requires substantial housing or property services experience, strong technical and commercial knowledge, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of housing or property services.
• Experience managing contractors and budgets.
• Experience managing disrepair and damp and mould cases.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role in social housing or similar industry.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge relevant to complex works.
• Knowledge of disrepair legislation and regulatory environment.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Works service and oversee delivery of voids, damp and mould, disrepair, and environmental protection works.
• Manage contractors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
• Oversee budgets and financial risks; drive continuous improvement for value for money.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe homes for residents.
