Job summary

B3 Living Limited is seeking a highly capable professional to lead the Complex Works service, delivering voids, damp and mould, disrepair and environmental protection works across our properties. You will manage a dedicated team, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure services meet legal and regulatory standards while driving efficiency and excellent tenant outcomes.

The role requires strong technical and commercial knowledge of complex housing works, with a focus on budgets

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams in housing/property services.
• Experience managing contractors and budgets in social housing or similar.
• Experience handling disrepair and damp/mould cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Complex Works service to deliver voids, damp and mould, disrepair and environmental protection works.
