Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking a Complex Fraud Handler to manage a portfolio of complex fraud investigations across UK claims. Based in Bexhill or Leicester, you will identify fraud patterns using intelligence-led techniques and provide guidance to the team.

You’ll mentor colleagues, contribute to fraud prevention initiatives, and support litigation with evidence and witness statements as required. The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Manage and investigate a portfolio of complex and high-risk fraud cases from referral through to conclusion.
• Lead investigations involving organised fraud networks and repeat offenders.
• Utilise intelligence and data analysis to identify fraud risks and supporting evidence.
• Support fraud litigation including preparation of evidence and witness statements.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and share intelligence across the business.
• Support continual improvement of fraud processes and controls.
