Job summary

Clover Care Group is seeking a caring, reliable Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team in Woodbridge, Suffolk, supporting a gentleman living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Your role will involve providing personal care, moving and handling, and day-to-day support during scheduled visits alongside a Support Worker, ensuring safety, comfort and dignity.

Flexible Care Visits | Work Alongside a Support Worker | Training & Development Opportunities

We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team supporting a gentleman living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a background in domiciliary care who wants to make a real difference while developing their experience within complex care.

The Role

Your role will be to provide additional support during scheduled visits, working with a Support Worker, particularly with moving and handling, personal care and day-to-day support.

You will help ensure care is delivered safely, respectfully and in a way that promotes the client's comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday

• 09:00-10:30
• 16:00-17:30
• 21:30-22:30

Saturday

• 10:00-11:30
• 16:30-18:00

Sunday

• 10:30-12:00
• 16:30-18:00

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who has experience in domiciliary care or a similar care environment, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support.

You should be:

• Willing to learn and develop your skills
• Comfortable supporting with moving and handling
• Able to follow care plans and instructions carefully
