Job summary

Leaders in Care is looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a Stone-based community complex care provider. This senior role offers a salary of up to £50,000 p/a, sociable hours, and opportunities for enhanced training and development.

You will lead delivery of tailored care packages, supervise a team of carers, and apply advanced clinical skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator care and seizure management, within a supportive MDT and strong partnerships with CHC nurses and commissioners.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Experience in community complex care
• Full UK driving licence
• Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
• Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families
