Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse for a renowned community complex care provider based in Stone. This pivotal role offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, sociable hours, and a clear pathway for professional development in a supportive team.

You will lead a team of carers, develop personalised care plans, and work with CHC nurses and the wider MDT to deliver high-quality care in adults with complex health needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.
• Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care.
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management.
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.
