Leaders In Care Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Clinical Service Lead Nurse to join a renowned community complex care provider. The role offers an excellent salary of up to £50,000 p/a, sociable hours and strong opportunities for further training and development.

You will lead delivery of tailored care packages, supervise a team of carers, and use advanced clinical skills such as tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Background in a similar clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients.
• Lead, train and support a team of carers.
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners and MDT.
• Build strong relationships with service users and families.

As a Complex Care Clinical Lead you will:

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
• Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families

Criteria to apply:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care
• Full UK driving licence
• Have a prior background in a similar clinical setting
• Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance
