Job summary
Leaders in Care is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to guide a community complex care team in Burton-on-Trent. You will create tailored care plans, lead and train carers, and ensure the highest clinical standards in community settings.
The role offers up to £50,000 per annum, sociable hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm), bespoke induction, ongoing seminars for development, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and generous annual leave.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Fully competent in tracheostomy & ventilator care.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Background in community complex care.
- Good understanding of CQC standards & clinical governance.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.
- Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care.
- Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management.
- Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.
