Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join an award-winning community complex care provider in Wolverhampton. The role offers an excellent salary up to £50,000 p/a, sociable hours, bespoke induction, and opportunities for professional development.

You will lead a team of carers, create tailored care plans, provide advanced clinical skills including tracheostomy and ventilator care, and work with CHC nurses, commissioners, and MDT to deliver high-quality community care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Background in community complex care.
• Good understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.
• Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care.
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management.
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.
