Job summary

A leading clinical research organization is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Business Partner to drive regional execution of compensation strategies across Europe. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in multinational environments. They will support HR business partners in workforce planning and compliance with regulatory requirements while managing competitive benefits programs. Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Background in life sciences, CRO, or consulting preferred.
• Experience in annual compensation cycles and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation guidance.
• Support reward solutions for workforce planning and retention.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation across Europe.
