Qualifications

• Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to work with data.
• Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of compensation and benefits programmes.
• Review existing benefits offerings including pensions and sick pay.
• Assist with governance of Short-Term Incentive Plans (STIP).
• Produce reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement initiatives.
