The role:
We are on the lookout for an experienced and credible Compensation & Benefits (C&B) expert. This is really exciting for us as it’s our first hire that will be based in London in the team with quite a broad remit, full of interesting challenges.
You will be leading our EMEA C&B strategy & execution for our EMEA & Americas regions, reporting into our Global Head. We need someone who is very in the detail and keen to join a fast moving Fintech leader.
