The role:

We seek an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) expert to lead our EMEA C&B strategy and execution for the EMEA & Americas regions, reporting to our Global Head. This role involves a broad remit and interesting challenges, ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to join a fast-moving Fintech leader.

What you will be doing:

• Participating in strategic projects and initiatives.
• Contributing to the design and improvement of C&B policies.
• Co-designing and developing short-term and long-term incentive schemes.
• Driving and coordinating C&B processes like annual compensation reviews and benefits implementation.
• Designing competitive benefits programs aligned with company culture and philosophies.
• Analyzing and recommending improvements to compensation and benefits practices to maintain competitiveness and employee engagement.
• Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to advise on compensation & benefits issues.
• Participating in surveys, conducting market benchmarking and trend analysis.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global compensation programs, preferably in high-growth, technology environments.
• Experience in FinTech or Financial Services industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of market conditions across multiple countries, especially in EMEA & US markets.
• Knowledge of market best practices, trends, and benchmark data.
• Language skills, particularly Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, or European languages, are advantageous.
