Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant to advise clients on our salary survey data and help integrate base pay, bonuses, and incentives into our benchmarking database. This individual contributor role collaborates with Senior Managers to execute business strategy.

The role requires experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering cross-product solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, and delivery of client projects.
• 4–6 years in HR with at least 2 years in compensation & benefits.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and lead complex client calls.
• Serve as main contact for digital solution delivery to clients.
• Lead cross-functional projects coordinating with Commercial and Advisory teams.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams on client requirements.
• Maintain data systems and provide insights from market compensation data.
• Present client vs market analyses per service packages.
