Qualifications

7+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in financial services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted compensation advisor for ECOO units, guiding HR and leaders on complex matters.
Develop recommendations for moves, retention, off-cycle adjustments, reorganizations and other pay decisions.
Translate business needs into base pay, incentives, and recognition programs.
Conduct job evaluations, market-pricing analyses, and pay recommendations; ensure global framework alignment.
Lead and support the annual compensation cycle, including data validation, analysis, and stakeholder communications.
