Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager - PE Backed SaaS - London

twentyAI is seeking a Senior C&B Manager to join an international PE-backed SaaS company with approximately 300 employees. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to bring structure, influence change, and develop into a future Head of C&B position. It is a broad, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take ownership of Total Rewards and HR Operations. You will be part of a high-caliber HR team and work closely with a supportive HR leader who values authenticity, energy, and initiative.

Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office (flexible as needed)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and improve global payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy across EMEA and APAC regions.
  2. Enhance and promote the adoption of our HRIS platform (BambooHR).
  3. Ensure HR compliance across all regions in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  4. Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  5. Support and lead compensation governance, including annual reviews and benchmarking.
  6. Assist in designing and implementing job architecture, including leveling and career path frameworks.
  7. Act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits best practices.
About You
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally with global exposure.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance fundamentals.
  • A self-starter with humility, genuine approach, and drive.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; thrives in growth settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
