Job summary

You'll manage end-to-end compensation reviews in Workday, develop dashboards, benchmark roles, ensure pay equity, and drive process improvements across the compensation function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 3–5 years focused on Workday compensation management.
• Proficiency with Workday configuration, including business processes, eligibility rules, reports, and calculated fields.
• Mastery of complex functions (INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP), Power Query, Power Pivot, macros (VBA), and data modeling.
• Ability to create dynamic and interactive dashboards using Excel to present compensation data, trends, and market analysis.
• Strong data validation, cleansing, and structuring of large datasets for analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end annual compensation planning and Workday processes.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, develop dashboards, and ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Benchmark positions and develop salary structures and ranges using market data.
• Ensure compliance with laws and conduct regular Workday audits.
• Support training and change management for compensation programs.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the Workday platform.
• Collaborate with Rewards team to provide administrative support.
