Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to extend leadership and managerial skills while supporting junior team members. The role develops education and clinical leadership within the Pathway 2 Therapy Team, based at Ilkeston Hospital and across Bennerley Fields Centre and Ripley Hospital.

You will manage a wide range of conditions, work within an integrated MDT, and contribute to discharge planning and patient-centred goals.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration with active license.
• Experience in clinical leadership or supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support junior staff within the MDT.
• Manage clinical caseload across multiple sites.
• Develop education and leadership activities within the team.
