Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation is seeking a Fundraising Executive to lead our individual giving and drive donor engagement from our Brighton-based offices. You will plan exciting events and work closely with partners to grow regular giving streams, turning community passion into life-changing funds.

You'll be a collaborative, idea-driven team player who champions income streams, aligns with our values, and helps deliver high-impact community programmes across Sussex, including events on

Responsibilities

• Spearhead individual giving strategies to exceed income targets.
• Plan exciting fundraising events from matchday takeovers to quizzes.
• Deepen donor engagement and manage donor stewardship programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote regular giving initiatives.

What is the role?

Step into a role with the BHAFC Foundation, where you will spearhead our individual giving strategies to smash income targets and significantly deepen donor engagement. Get ready to bring the energy by planning exciting fundraising events, from electric matchday takeovers to competitive quiz nights and action-packed challenge events. Collaboration is at the heart of this position; you'll partner seamlessly with our stakeholders to boldly promote our regular giving initiatives.
