We are currently recruiting a dedicated and motivated Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to join our community nursing team covering the borough of Woking.
The Community Team visits patients in their own homes as well as care homes. There are excellent opportunities for training and development of both your clinical and leadership skills. The team has experienced Clinical Leads who will ensure you have the necessary support for your personal development. The community nursing service operates over a 7-day week, from 8.00am to 8.00pm, with a variable shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
Individuals will be expected to deliver and maintain a high standard of clinical and professional nursing care and assist in delivering all aspects of individualised patient care.

Depending on the start date, you may be paid on the 24/25 scales with backdated pay processed once the new pay scales are in effect.

Salary: £40,617 to £48,778 per year, including 5% High Cost Area allowance, pro rata.
