Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 8a Community Clinical Matron to lead Adult Community Mental Health Services. You will work within the Divisional senior nursing team, providing visible, credible professional leadership across community services.

The role involves supervising nursing teams, safeguarding quality, leading audits, and driving service improvement, with opportunities to develop workforce and ensure patient-centred care.

Formación

• Registered Nurse on NMC register.
• Evidence of continuing personal and professional development.
• Educated to Master’s degree or currently working towards a Master’s degree.
• Wide knowledge of NHS developments impacting on the Trust, including current NHS initiatives and targets.
• Accreditation (CQC, AIMS) and revalidation knowledge and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional leadership, supervision, support and challenge to nursing teams.
• Provide oversight and assurance of nursing practice, including nurse-led clinics and medicines management.
• Lead quality improvement, clinical audit, service development and evidence-based practice.
