Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Registered Nurse (Community) to join the York and Selby Adult Community Learning Disability Team at Systems House, York. You will assess, plan, and deliver care for adults with learning disabilities in the community, working in a multidisciplinary team and leading on specialist nursing interventions.

Travel across the York and Selby area is required.

Qualifikationen

• Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council (RNMH or RNLD).
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Recognised Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor, clinical educator or equivalent. Must be achieved within 6 months.
• Trained in Clinical Supervision and providing clinical supervision OR willingness to work towards within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Promote the delivery of a quality service with individuals fully involved in assessment, planning, care and treatment and accountable for practice.
• Act as Lead professional and work well independently as well as part of a wider team.
• Manage a clinical caseload under supervision of the Clinical Specialist Nurse, providing assessment, treatment, advice and support to clients and carers.
