Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd seeks an experienced professional to drive regional profitability through managing broker accounts and underwriting activity. You will write renewals, handle mid-term adjustments, and build strong relationships with key regional brokers.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial underwriting or broking, and a Cert/Dip CII or progress towards. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert CII; Dip CII or progress towards is preferred.
• 3+ years in Commercial underwriting or broking.
• Current position held for at least 6 months with performance expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve profitability, growth and expense targets via KPIs of the region.
• Write renewals and mid-term adjustments up to authority and binder limits.
• Strengthen Arch's local presence with key brokers and directors.
• Contribute to income and GWP targets while meeting loss ratio goals.
• Ensure survey requests, overviews and policy docs are processed.
• Conduct regular case reviews following QA procedures.
• Feed market intelligence to Regional Director and team.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technical issues.
• Collaborate with claims and survey teams when required.
