Senior Commercial Technology Solicitor (Fully Remote)
Commercial law firm
£90,000 to £95,000

This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Commercial Technology Solicitor to join a fast-growing law firm with a commercial team that is expanding.

The Opportunity

You’ll advise growth-minded businesses on the technology contracts that matter most to them, from SaaS and software licensing to digital services, data and technology procurement. You’ll lead matters, own client relationships and give practical, commercial advice that clients can act on.

The firm has been remote from day one, so this isn’t a post-pandemic compromise. It’s a tech-driven, agile business that gives its lawyers the tools to work efficiently and keep a real balance. It is growing at over 30% a year and expects to double its turnover over the next two years. You’ll have a varied workload and a genuine role in shaping that growth. There’s no politics and no bureaucracy, and you’ll work as part of a collaborative team with access to meeting space in major UK cities.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You are an England and Wales-qualified lawyer with 10+ years’ PQE and the following attributes:

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and ease working with growing, innovative businesses.
• Enthusiasm for new technology, including AI tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to navigate SharePoint.
• Close attention to detail.
