Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer for a fully remote role across the UK. The successful candidate will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and technology-related matters, maintaining direct client contact and delivering commercially minded solutions.

You'll draft and negotiate agreements across IT, procurement and outsourcing while managing matters independently and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Senior Commercial Lawyer Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer looking for a fully remote opportunity offering a varied workload, close client contact and greater flexibility?

The Role

You’ll work closely with clients, providing practical, commercially focused legal advice and taking ownership of matters from initial instruction through to completion.

The work will cover a range of commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Technology agreements and IT contracts.
• Supplier agreements, procurement and outsourcing.
• Data protection and intellectual property matters.
• Supporting clients with day-to-day commercial legal issues and wider business priorities.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across different sectors and build strong client relationships, with the autonomy to manage your workload and deliver effective, commercially minded solutions.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Commercial Lawyer with a strong grounding in commercial contracts and the confidence to advise clients on a range of business‑critical matters.

You’ll ideally have:
