What Are We Looking For?
SentinelOne is seeking a results-driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to cover the UK&I region. You should have at least 3 years of success closing new business with commercial customers (up to 1,500 employees), a hunter mindset, and a drive to exceed targets. You thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and acquiring new clients.

What Will You Do?
You will generate revenue from commercial accounts across the UK&I, managing the full sales cycle, building a pipeline, and collaborating with direct customers and channel partners. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Owning and executing a full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing — with decision-makers at mid-sized organizations
  2. Collaborating with channel partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to maximize territory potential
  3. Growing and managing a healthy pipeline using various lead sources and outbound strategies
  4. Developing deep product and market expertise to articulate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
  5. Staying ahead of industry trends and our competitive landscape to refine your consultative selling approach
  6. Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets with accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  7. Providing weekly forecasts and sales insights to leadership
  8. Working remotely from the UK&I

What skills and experience should you bring?
You should have:

  1. Fluent English with excellent communication skills
  2. In-depth knowledge of the UK&I market and customer landscape
  3. Over 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record
  4. Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)
  5. Experience working with channel partners is preferred
  6. Cybersecurity experience is advantageous but not required
  7. Skills in managing complex sales cycles from inbound to negotiations
  8. Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  9. Results-oriented, competitive, self-motivated
  10. Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
  11. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
