eNL Legal is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor in Nottingham (Nottinghamshire) with 5+ years' PQE to handle a high-quality, varied caseload. You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases and property finance, with development and investment work as part of the mix.

Formación

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property and the confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• You will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, together with the ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake a diverse range of commercial property transactions, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and renewals, property finance and secured lending.
• The role will also involve development and investment work, with exposure to agricultural property matters considered an advantage.
