Job summary

Simpson Judge in Nottingham is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join the busy Property Team. You will manage your own files from start to finish, collaborating with colleagues and engaging directly with clients across a broad range of commercial property matters.

You will handle acquisitions, development projects, leases, reorganisations, banking and security, and landlord/tenant advice, while maintaining a strong commercial mindset and a proactive business development

Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial property.
• Initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to manage several matters at once.
• Attention to detail while keeping deals moving.
• Commercial mindset, comfortable working to financial KPIs.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, team-player attitude with an interest in business development.

A well-regarded firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join its busy Property Team.

You’ll run your own files from instruction to completion, with support from friendly colleagues, and work directly with clients across a broad mix of commercial property matters:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial and residential development projects
• Commercial leases
• Re-organisations
• Banking and security
• Landlord and tenant advice

The clients

Owner-managed businesses, charities and high-net-worth individuals, alongside larger organisations including household names and national and international financial institutions. The team has acted on several high-profile property transactions in recent years.

What you’ll bring

• Ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial property (a strong, ambitious candidate with slightly less may be considered)
