Job summary

eNL is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join our Nottinghamshire team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters with independence and professional care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, strong conveyancing knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, and will contribute to business development and client relationships within a supportive firm culture.

Qualifications

• Sound conveyancing knowledge and post-qualification experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and related matters.
• Advise clients and liaise with estate agents, lenders and other professionals.
• Manage searches, enquiries, contracts and key deadlines.
• Deliver excellent client care with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Support networking, business development and long-term practice growth.
