Job summary

Chadwick Nott is assisting a Top 100 UK law firm in Bristol, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to progress to a Managing Associate level. You will handle a broad range of property matters for a varied client base, coordinating deals end-to-end while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Experience managing transactions independently.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• A commercial and client-focused approach.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to become a trusted adviser.
• Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• An interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the practice.
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members (Senior Associate or Managing Associate level).

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals.
• Handling landlord and tenant work.
