Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Real Estate Solicitor/Associate (NQ-4 PQE) in Bristol. The role offers permanent, full-time status with hybrid working and a competitive salary (£55,000 - £75,000).

You will handle landlord/tenant work, retail leasing, acquisitions for pension schemes, and development transactions while engaging with high-profile clients. You will benefit from mentoring, early responsibility, and clear progression within a Band 1 ranked team.

Qualifications

• NQ to 4 years’ PQE focused on real estate practice.
• Experience with landlord/tenant and retail leasing advised.
• Exposure to property acquisitions for pension schemes is advantageous.
• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of real estate matters for a diverse client base.
• Manage matters with partners and senior specialists, taking early responsibility.
• Develop client relationships and support business development activities.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Real Estate team.
