A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Commercial Property specialist to step into a senior role within a thriving, award-winning law firm. The Commercial Department is expanding and offers a diverse mix of expertise, providing an ideal environment for a senior lawyer ready to make a real impact.

Our client are looking for a senior lawyer with solid, wide-ranging Commercial Property experience. While strong general knowledge in this area is essential, they are also keen to hear from candidates who can bring a particular specialism to enhance the team's offering.

This is a purely transactional, non-contentious role within a collaborative department that operates across several offices across Devon and Somerset. Flexible home-working options support a healthy work/life balance.

In this senior position, you will play a key role in shaping the continued growth of the Commercial Property team. Leadership is central to the role and you will demonstrate proven experience supervising staff, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the success of the wider department.
