Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial property management.
• Good understanding of building operations, service charges, lease matters, health & safety.
• Familiar with RICS standards and professional guidelines.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and support asset strategies to improve portfolio performance.
• Maintain a visible on-site presence and engage occupiers to boost satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, financial reporting, credit control and supplier payments.
• Manage inspections, planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and presentation standards.
• Support lease matters, manage risk and ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support ESG reporting and delivery of environmental objectives.
• Coordinate property works, support acquisitions/disposals, and oversee transitions and operations readiness.
