Job summary

Varnom & Ross Ltd. in Berkshire is seeking a Property Asset Manager to own day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio, building strong client and occupier relationships while driving service delivery and compliance.

The role is site-based with the opportunity to influence asset strategy, enhance occupier experience, and ensure properties are managed to the highest standards, including ESG and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management.
• Knowledge of service charges, health and safety and regulations.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance.
• Maintain an on-site presence and engage occupiers to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, financial reporting and supplier payments.
• Manage inspections, planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and presentation standards.
• Support lease matters, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety.
• Support ESG, sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives.
• Coordinate property works and oversee transactions and transitions.
