Job summary

360 Recruitment seeks a Senior Commercial Manager for a home-based role with one day per week in Swansea. You will lead and own the commercial relationship with major retail customers, defining account strategy to hit sales, margin and profitability targets.

You will develop senior-level relationships across customer functions, set pricing and promotional plans, and oversee NPD alignment and range management. Strong negotiation and strategic oversight are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior commercial or account management role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment supplying major retail customers.
• Proven track record of managing key customer relationships with accountability for sales and margin performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience of pricing, negotiations, range management and promotional planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the overall commercial relationship with designated key retail customers, acting as the primary senior contact
• Define and deliver customer account strategy to achieve agreed sales, margin and profitability targets
• Develop and maintain strong senior‑level relationships across customer functions, including regular engagement at customer head office
