Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (QS, civil engineering).
• MRICS or MCICES membership or working towards accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic commercial and contractual support.
• Lead pre- and post-contract duties across models.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to drive performance.
• Ensure governance compliance and risk management.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
