Job summary

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is seeking a Procurement and Contract Manager to deliver procurement and contract management across CMA, covering spend categories such as People Services, Technology, Corporate, Buildings and Market Research.

You will require MCIPS or an equivalent qualification, and experience in public sector procurement and supplier management. The role offers flexible/hybrid working, generous leave and a competitive Civil Service pension.

Qualifications

• Qualified MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience delivering procurement activity in the public sector or similarly regulated environments.
• Knowledge and demonstrable experience of contract and supplier management.
• Experience with commercial contracting in relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver procurement and contract management functions across the CMA.
• Place and manage contracts across spend categories including People Services, Technology, Corporate, Buildings and Market Research.
• Shape commercial business in the CMA and deliver marketplace insight and expertise.
